Amazing success with my first meringue! I made a Pavolva for a dinner I attended this weekend. Was not as difficult or compicated as I was led to believe. It came out exactly as it was supposed to with a light, crispy outer meringue shell and a marshmellow like inside. It was a big hit with everyone.
